AIR SHIPMENTS: Orders received before 1:00pm EST and have UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Air Saver (overnight) shipping method selected will USUALLY be shipped same day. Please call us if you have an urgent requirement we will try our best to accomodate you.

SHIPPING METHODS: In the USA we ship using UPS or USPS service from our warehouse in Olean, NY. All shipments elsewhere are shipped using UPS or Regular Parcel Post (Canada Post) from our head office in Toronto, Ontario.

DISCREET SHIPPING PACKAGING: We ship in a brown box designed for our product. It is plain box and the name or type of product is not shown on it. The "Ship From" name Callow Innovations Inc and the packing slip is insdie the box.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Undeliverable or Refused packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable.

ORIGIN: The StreemMaster Shower Douche is manufactured in Canada by CII, the Mini Douche is manufactured in the U.S.A., and the Leg Sling is Manufactured in Canada.
