Modern Adult ("Callow Innovations Inc.") makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, with respect to the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings merchantability, fitness for any particular use and/or purpose or any other nature whatsoever. It is the exclusive obligation of the purchaser to make its own determination as to the suitability of the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings for any intended purpose(s) prior to purchase and/or use. By purchasing the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings, the purchaser expressly and irrevocably represents and warrants that it will use the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings in a safe and prudent manner and consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules/practices and common sense. Any liability that Callow Innovations Inc. may be subject to as a result of the use or future use of the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings, whether based in contract, warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability or otherwise, shall, in no event, exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings whichever is in question. Callow Innovations Inc. shall not, in any event, be liable for any loss of profits, bodily injuries consequential, incidental or special damages, howsoever occasioned or suffered and the purchaser will fully indemnify and hold Callow Innovations Inc. completely harmless from any liability or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way related to the use of the StreemMaster, Mini Douche or Leg Slings in any manner, including, without limitation, as described or otherwise contained in enclosed instructions or content on this website.
