The PeniMaster can be returned only if the package is unopened.

We offer a 3 year warranty on the silicone funnel bag. If your funnel bag is defective and tears within 3 years of your purchase (either on this website or from a retailer) we will replace the funnel bag free of charge with a colour/style currently being offered on our website. You will simply have to pay nominal shipping charges for the return and replacement unit. We will require some proof of purchase, either a CC statement or receipt.

Leg Sling:

We offer a five year warranty on the Leg Sling. If the units fails during regular use we will replace the failed part free of charge, you only have to pay for shipping. If the failed part has been subject to "abuse" then we will charge a minimal replace cost. Abuse would be evident by bent joints, as the Leg Sling isn't intended to be subjected to excessive bending forces as it is designed to only to support the legs directly underneath the upright bars.
